I'm using Opera Mini 4.5.33867 (on MicroEmu). When accessing the debug: page and looking at the Request Headers section, I found the client_side_metarefresh feature. Have a look at this screenshot:

I can't find any documentation about this feature. Does anyone have a clue what it does and how it may be accessed/used?
