I hate when there's a notification on my phone that I can't dismiss... :c

Hello. Can someone tell me how to close the " VPN Activated " notification ? I don't know if it's this notification exactly because I've got the french version of the app.

Bonjour. Pourrait-on m'indiquer comment désactiver la notification " VPN Activé par Opera Max // Appuyez ici pour gérer le réseau " dans ma barre de notification. Est-il seulement possible de la désactiver ?
