Can anyone help? I've been through a succession of browsers, all of which have their shortcomings. Opera seems to be the best of the bunch with lots of good things about it.

But it just won't save passwords. Despite everything I try, it just won't do it. It will remember the forms for usernames, but not the associated passwords. I have searched forums in frustration in the last 4 days and no one seems to have this issue.
Does anyone have any advice if they've gone through it?
Using Windows 8 - and have checked all the security permissions for the folders. Have checked the browser settings.
