It works! After you click the extension you also need to click the large eyedropper icon. I dropped a star because it takes that extra click to get the eyedropper to launch. But TBF I have yet to encounter an extension in any browser that will get it down to two clicks. This does it in three: extension -> dropper icon -->click on color. Three is as good as I've found!
