What is "moved to lounge" sorry I don't understand?

Can we please get rid of the download icon ? Can I get rid of that or does Opera have control over that. Please it's very-very annoying, pops up with every single download (It has got to go!)

Every browser I use on facebook gets sticky during searches, what gives? What is the frickin issue? I've tried IE-11.0, Firefox 50.1 which is worse, I've tried my current edition of Opera-42.0 and Vivaldi 24.0. I search for a few moments scrolling down then the page becomes sticky, not a hang but certainly sticky.
