I guess it's working properly now. All I had to do was disable Opera Turbo and now it functions very well, except for one website which doesn't work on any browser on my pc but works on my other devices. I think this isn't the right place to post about it so thanks anyway guys 
Opera was functioning perfectly and had no problem browsing websites until last week when I tried to open up a web page and it kept giving me this error
despite changing the website it still doesn't work. It only works when I browse via private mode. I've had this issue on my phone client but didn't bother to fix it, now it seems to be pretty annoying on my pc.
