@ProgramRAM This issue has been fixed in the latest AdNauseam(3.9.109). It took Opera a very long time to approve this version, I'm sorry about the delay.

I am working on an extension in opera and I want to make sure that the build-in ad blocker is not enabled when the user is using my extension.
I have checked the extension API page in opera, but didn't find any useful information there. Is there any other way to achieve this?
