How do I export both my bookmarks and passwords?

Ah, lucky I have been copy pasting my bookmarks into google docs and deleting them and writing down my passwords to where I can go back through and re-enter them when I reinstall Opera GX. I will be dealing with Windows 10 in S mode so would have to go about taking it out of S mode. Gah hate it that Microsoft is trying to force people to only use their products. I know that 2 of my gaming companies have been acquired by Microsoft, Blizzard and ZeniMax Online Studios; Dilabo and Elder Scrolls Online are some examples of games from those two companies. But I play my games on Steam at least ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) and other game launchers, like Black Desert Online. So have to have the computer out of S mode. Plus like Opera GX compared to Microsoft Edge.

I am going to have to reinstall my windows 10 from scratch as my windows 10 isn't updating right. hasn't been since I got internet back up and running. Wondering if no internet and having a gaming computer could have had some bearing on what is going on. But also had talked to my computer tech support person.
I guess my question would be since I synced my Opera GX would I still have my tabs and bookmarks and stuff when I reinstall Opera?
