I did not know that the correct way is simply to click on the "O" in top-left and go down to "Help..." . the opera://about shortcut is probably more useful in terms of my nefarious world domination plans though. I had installed 70 a week odd ago, without knowing that I need to be on 71 in order for webdriver/selenium latest driver to work.
I was (am) running this driver
C:\Users\cb.wdm\drivers\operadriver\win64\v.85.0.4183.102\operadriver_win64/operadriver.exe which kept erroring telling me I need Opera 85.0 , which I assumed was a bad error message. But right now, a very happy camper! BTW loving Opera, it's a bit overwhelming when you start with it, but recommending.
