and how to know which version of opera i need to install?

Hello. I have Opera 36, Windows XP and my opera cant see old adobe flash 10.3. Everything works well with new versions of flash but it works so laggy and i cant even watch 360p videos and listen music from everythere. I know that old flash really helps with that lags. Anybody knows how it possible to made to appear old flash in about:plugins?
