For me, the default VPN Virtual location is Americas. How can I pick Asia or Europe permanently?

If you always pick the same location (e.g. Americas), can forum administrators see you have the same IP address and other details? Or does Opera change the details of Americas? How frequently?

What if you create another account on the forum, but choose another location (e.g. Asia)? Can forum administrators figure out that your second account is the same as the first? Is Opera's VPN's Asia location details similar to Americas?
