Different users on the same machine need different languagesOpera for Windows
What is the best way I can install Opera such that I will have two different languages available on the same machine, and also have updates work correctly for both flavors?
It looks like I could probably get by with the stand-alone installation option, but I'm not sure I'll get the update behavior required.
Note that I need to make this work on Windows 10. Ideally, both language versions would show up in the Start menu, though I suppose we could use the tiles for the same purpose if that is not possible.
What would be better altogether would be for Opera to sense the system language in use at launch time, and match its own language pack to that (like Nero does, for example). But until someone decides to implement that feature, what would be my best workaround?
