@adnanriaz965 Opera 19 (the one you mention on your post as not working) is not Opera Mini, but the full version. For support on that one, please head over to the mobile forum.
But of course you are welcome to try Opera Mini (m.opera.com) to get the best compression.
@nambeesh, as Sagrid mentioned, its possible sometimes to fix this by installing again, but also may want to consider to make sure Opera has closed correctly and restart it again.
