Your system's antivirus program, and the regular cleaner if you use one.
I'd also add that for a problem, it seems important to point out FROM WHICH VERSION IT STARTED and, hopefully if one remembers, what unusual or noticeable thing happened then - to the system etc.
Well, in this case antivirus and cleaner might not be relevant. However, there happen unusual programs able to do some nasty, notably system performance managers.
