Hi
I am building a Tag Manager plugin for WordPress. The plugin has its own cookie notice which loads tracking scripts only after visitors agree to cookies. Unfortunately, today I noticed that when Opera's ad-blocker is running, scripts that should wait for the consent don't do this and are loaded with the pageload.
Example
Visit the website of my plugin fullpictureplugin.com from opera with ad-blocker enabled and disabled. You will see that when it is disabled a live chat bubble pops up in the corner. The script of this chat doesn't load until the visitor agrees to all cookies or personalisation cookies.
This is very odd and I haven't seen anything like it before.
