Yes, a local text file, saved as UTF-8. Examples of the extended characters it contains are:

When opening the file in Opera, I just see the black-and-white versions.
Interestingly, when I actually post this, they appear colored!

When I load a text file into Opera 95.0.4635.90 under Windows 7 Ultimate, it doesn't display the UTF-8 Characters properly. This same file works fine in Firefox. Please help.
