I know where the files are supposedly located but I have no idea what to do with them. Which ones should I replace? hre's some screenshots.

should I just give up and start new? I had hoped this would never happen again when I made the move from waterfox.

There was no option in the Import Data and Bookmarks drop down menu.
All I could find in web browser search was from opera to firefox and not the other way around. Made an account just to ask this question.
