You can enable synchronization (Opera Sync) at opera://flags. It's still experimental and only a few items are available to sync (Speed Dial, Stash and Search Engines).

Awesome rafaeljvieira! Thnx!. I've done it on the MacBook Pro and it works! The Synchronization drop down tab is there now. However, do you know if or how to do it on the iPhone "Opera Mini" app? I've tried to follow the directions on it but negative bro. No synchronization from the desktop to the iPhone. Any suggestions on "Opera Mini" app?
