Running Opera 23.0.1522.60 on Windows 7

I have the speed dial page set to appear when I open the browser. The page frequently gets stuck with a loading icon when I click on one of the websites. If I type something in the Google search box, I get the results so I know it's not an internet connection problem.

Sometimes, the problem goes away but it's annoying. Anyone else had this?
