This new Opera 21 allows only to adjust (a few) major and not (the whole she-bang) minor settings like before I could. What's the reason?

Actually, I try to improve on safety and therefore I can't fix the leaks ip-check.info/ displays..

I lost almost all my bookmarks!

Apparently, it only saves 60 and it makes absolutely perfect sense that the new ones replace the old ones.
BUT! Once I remove one, I get a lost one back.
