If ii is the same file as those which save the tiles on the Speed Dial Home page, I'm always interested ...

Edit: I found alone. those kind of files are here :
C:/Users/YOURNAME/AppData/Roaming/Opera Software/
then choose folders like /themes
/extensions etc.
