I just upgraded to Opera 18 from Opera 12. This fixed local Java applet loading, but now my HTML5 XmlHttpRequest doesn't work locally. Is this intentional? I have this working in Chrome and Firefox.

Previously I used Opera:config to set Allow File XmlHttpRequest. What is the mechanism in Opera 18 to do the same?
