The problem is the app is browser based. Youtube or other components (like the browser) change, the app may break. The better option is the app to be an executable file like an "exe."

The alternative is: 4kvideodownloader. Free or do as I did, remit a small fee. Been using it for 3 years.

@bozzlabb New on this board and did not understand why a deleted would be still posted. About free VPN - free has its penalties. Several free VNPs are US supported which washes out the benefit of having a VPN.

@ceedee There are others who also can not get this plugin to work, so I am not alone. perhaps a plugin conflict.

Please remove this disfunctional plugin - has not been working for over a year.
