Third-party programs added in settings homepage.
File Preferences: "homepage":"http://www.yandex.ru/?win=202&clid=1981017"
I removed this line from the configuration file.
But it has already been synchronized with the Opera Sync.
After minute later this config reappears again.
This config also pull on my other devices.
