@oper8r Found how to fix this! Go into Settings and search up 'lastcard'. Then go to the setting that says, 'Enable Lastcard' and toggle the setting to 'off'. I have done this and no longer have a problem with Lastcard constantly popping up in my sidebar.

The entire downloads section of my Opera has stopped working. I cannot download anything, the small download icon has disappeared and when I open the downloads page it displays the the search and side bar but none of the downloads show up. Down in the left corner a 'Waiting for available Socket' notification shows up.
If anyone has any clue on how to fix this I will be grateful.
