This one used to work in Opera Presto so it may work in Opera Mail too.
If that doesn't work, turning on outgoing logging, sending a message and doing a base64-decode will get it (if the outgoing server password is the same as the incoming). See the note in https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/m2tips/enable_logging.
