I gave up trying to fix Google's problem.
My cookies work everywhere except Google so, it isn't a cookie problem here.
The fix
- gMail became Hotmail
- Dropped Google+ all together (pretty worthless anyway)
- YouTube became Vimeo
- Google Search became StartPage.com
Life is good without Google frustration.
