Same here. I'm in North Texas and it didn't work on my computer. I downloaded Opera Mobile and still got the same error.

Feature for adding shortcuts/apps?
Can we get a feature for desktop platforms that allow for the installation of shortcuts/apps? A lot of other browsers seem to support it.
Chrome:
1. Open the menu
2. Go to More Tools
3. Create shortcut...
4. Enter name and check box if wanted
5. Click "Create"
  Edge:
6. Open the menu
7. Go to "Apps"
8. Add this site as an app
9. Enter name and/or destination
10. Click "Create"
