With this last version (114.0.5282.86), devtools them is always light, even if dark or "auto" wase previously selected. Each time, i open the devtools light theme is restored

There is not space on top of browser window any more...
This space above tabs is very usefull to move the window without move only one single tab.
Please restore this space above tabs. (I even check this option in the browser settings) -

Could you please, accentuate the active tab. Since tab islands, and the new design, the color difference between each kind of tab is not easy.
Here is a suggest for dark theme.

The debug console does not highlight DOM elements when we use "Elements" panel or "select" command to inspect DOM.
