RE: web based media has no sound in OperaOpera for Windows
@john-phd that really sucks. I know it’s frustrating. You would think that there would be a fix that works for you by now. You have my sympathies.

RE: web based media has no sound in OperaOpera for Windows
For those of you who are still having trouble with this issue, here is what worked for me. (Note, I am running Opera Version 75.0.3969.218):
Got to Menu - Settings - Advanced. Look under Privacy and Security - Site Settings - Additional Content Settings - Sound - Click on the button to Allow Sites to Play Sounds.

RE: Option to keep Flash settingsOpera for Windows
@leocg thank you for responding. I take it that Chromium is part of Opera?

Option to keep Flash settingsSuggestions and feature requests
It would be nice to allow the user to decide whether or not to keep their Flash settings instead of Opera keeping them only until the user quits Opera.
There is an option currently to turn it on. However, it only lasts until the end of that session. Many users still visit sites where they need Flash in order to run content. Could you please put the option to keep it for more than one session? And "ask each time'?
Thank you.

Option to keep Flash settingsOpera for Windows
I am running Windows 10 home edition with Opera version
My version of Opera 72.0.3815.186.
Why can't the user decide to keep their Flash settings instead of Opera turning them off every time the user closes out the session?
I know that Flash is going out, however, their are many users like myself who play games on the internet that require flash. I know that in a perfect world, the game site would update their settings. Yet they choose not to and we would still like to be able to play the games without having to go into our settings and turn flash on every time.

Request for Auto Refresh or Block featureSuggestions and feature requests
I am a long time Opera user and appreciate this browser very much. While searching Opera forum for a way to block sites from auto refreshing, not only did I find requests for an auto refresh blocker, but also came across several request for the ability to auto refresh a page when desired. Possibly this could be done by adding a button/feature to click on when wanting to refresh a page and use the same feature to stop auto refreshing. I understand that most auto refresh is prompted by the coding of the website. However, it would be nice to be able to stop it with a button or feature. If refreshing a page works in the same way, it would be nice to combine them. Several posts in the forum have stated what I encounter: frustration when reading an article and having it reload in the middle of it. Also, on some sites, while reading through a list of articles, it refreshes and I have to start back at the top after having gone through 50 or more titles already. If this can be easily done, then it would be a feature that perhaps will keep users from going to another browser. FYI - I started using Opera because Firefox was getting bogged down. Thank you for considering my request.
