At the following link http://help.opera.com/Windows/12.10/en/cache.html it says to displace cache type opera:cache. When I do it goes to google search not the cache. "opera:cache" is underscored like there is a link. It opens to nothing.

Need assistance.

On Google Plus I am trying to use Hangouts with Opera. There is a message balloon saying. Select Allow for both Google Talk Plugins in order to access the video called. See detailed instructions is underlined. First the detailed instructions did not help. I am not sure where to select allow. I appreciate any help.
