If you can't send money out using the Opera crypto wallet:

You're welcome.
Opera was my main browser in the 2000's, so when I saw that Opera had a crypto wallet feature, I was back. I really like the look, the new layout and the features. Flow especially.
Everything was smooth and even better than Opera had been and I was impressed.
Having said that I've had 1 tiny problem and I'm done with Opera, probably for the last time.
Opera has a problem with the crypto wallet where sometimes for some people it will not let them transfer their funds out. And people get upset and that's just how stuff goes.
I had a problem where I tried to move funds out from the wallet to coinbase. And it wouldn't let me send. I did not get upset, I just googled the problem and what I saw is why I'm quitting.
Opera has a problem with responding to people's help requests in a timely fashion, sometimes not responding at all, sometimes finally responding by making their slow response time the fault of the user *for not providing a level of information that in my opinion is probably not actually pertinent to the actual problem the user is facing. Such as, phone model, and operating system.
In my case the wallet worked fine twice and the third time, it didn't. My phone didn't update the OS the browser didn't install an update, Opera wallet just malfunctioned.
I am sure it's more nuanced and that I am ignorant of the details and how to fix the problem from the perspective of Opera's tech support (if they have tech support). But from my perspective it's simple. It worked, I liked it. It didn't work, I didn't like it.
So I went to the forums and found basically a whole bunch of people with the same issue and dead silence, for the most part from Opera staff or really anyone at all.
And for that reason alone I'm done. Not because the wallet didn't work. But because my main reason for using Opera again was the wallet, and I had a problem, and the questions of all of the people who had previously had similar issues who took the time weren't responded to, sometimes for weeks or months, and most of the time just by other users who had the same problem.
I won't go into detail on how the wallet itself could use improvement even when it works, like being able to adjust gas prices (for example), because I assume that Opera takes a percentage of each transaction (I read somewhere in my unhelpful search of how to fix my problem it's 3%).
I am American, to whomever that offends, I apologize. I only say that to say this:
Opera is a web browser, based in Norway, owned by a Chinese company. I don't care about either of those facts. I don't think that's the issue. It seems from my brief foray back into Opera, that it's too ambitious, and too understaffed to provide the level of support and quality of service that it would like to. I think that Opera is pretty phenomenal and I would rather wait for support from this company than the googles and microsofts of the world who have terrible customer service. But the lack of responsiveness from just what I've see in the forum is enough to make me both glad I found a fix that another user posted as an aside, and happy to leave before it actually costs me.
What I will say is Opera almost had me, I almost fell in love again with what i,dealistically, to me -at least, is a great browser. But maybe that's me remembering how Opera used to be and not so much what it has become. And now I'm out.
Love you all, overall great product (mostly). I will miss flow. I'm gonna stick around just long enough to see if this gets any response from anyone and then uninstall.
Kind of laughing about that last paragraph bc if my research into trying to figure out how to fix my issue is any indication, I might be waiting forever.
