I have Opera developer 41.0.2315.0 installed on two computers, and recently started facing similar issues on both - Opera stopped accepting keyboard input from some keys when typing in address bar (e.g. ".", 1, 2 etc). Moreover, it seems these keys are interpreted as shortcuts (e.g. pressing 1 switches tabs). Checked also with several keyboards. Can you comment?
