My taskbar automatically hides, so it is very annoying whenever I switch to a full-screen window (i.e. using the Snipping Tool, or to a video game in full-screen) and it decides to flash orange for no reason, as if there is an alert.
It goes away once I enter the browser, but it remains annoying regardless. Is there a solution for this?
