It's indeed very needed. I use my keyboard a lot and in Chrome for MacOs you can move the tabs using Cmd+Ctrl+Arrow Left/Right.
I was able to add this behaviour to MS Edge using an extension https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/rearrange-tabs/ccnnhhnmpoffieppjjkhdakcoejcpbga, but as of now this extension doesn't work properly when I put on Opera
