Remove Old Devices

I have been using Opera for years on several devices, some of which have been reinstalled multiple times. Because of this I have around 50 devices under tabs (mostly with the same name). Is there any way to delete these?
(Win 11, version: 110.0.5130.82)

RE: Bookmarks sorting order

The sort option doesn't seem to work for me. I'm on 32.0.1948.25 - selecting sort alphabetically does nothing.
