I got a new (used) phone. Normally, when I sign into opera, I can then see the speed dials from my other devices and import what I want to the new one. The icon is now missing from my speed dial. Is there an outage or something? How can I get to my other speed dials? I am running a Pixel 3 with android 10 that has been factory reset.
