@burnout426 I disable all extensions but the same thing happens and the sites don't recognize the extension. I think the extension is just broken, I'm going to leave it there in case a new Phantom or Opera update can fix it, but I doubt it.

RE: My Phantom wallet extension doesn't workOpera for Windows
@skyjasi Solution, if someone's extension doesn't work and they can't log in.
Import Data from Opera to a new Chrome
In Chrome, go to the URL chrome://version and take note of the "profile" path. In Opera, go to the URL opera://about and take note of the "profile" and "cache" paths. Close Opera and Chrome and look at those 3 folders in your file explorer.
Delete everything in Chrome's profile folder and copy (not cut so that you still have your original Opera profile just in case something gets messed up) everything in Opera's profile folder to Chrome's now-empty profile folder. Then, copy Opera's "system cache" and "cache" folders to Chrome's profile folder too. Then, you'll have Opera's data copied over to Chrome's where Chrome will use everything (that's not Opera-specific) that it can from Opera since they are both Chromium-based.
I opened Chrome with the same Google account that I used in Opera, and downloaded the Phantom extension and it worked perfectly, It was the same wallet, I just entered the password and logged in.
I copied the seed phares so that it doesn't It happened to me again.
