@spike666 Uninstall Bitwarden from Opera > open Sidebar Setup > Sidebar Extensions > +Add More > find Bitwarden again > click Add to Opera. It will reappear in both your Sidebar and top-menu extensions.

Although the extension isn't flawless (e.g. the save prompt doesn't show 100% of the time when creating a new account), it works just as good or better than LastPass and NordPass. Although I don't need the Premium subscription, the Bitwarden app has worked so well that it was worth the $10/year donation.
