The extension Classic Tabs might help.

Hello, sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere but I couldn't find any relevant posts. When I'm working with multiple tabs I often juggle them between two monitors but whenever I grab a tab and move it my active tab is switched.

For example, say I had four tabs open in a single window. I'm working on tab #1, grab tab #4 and throw it into my second monitor when I return to the first window tab #3 will be active instead of tab #1. Can this be changed? I always seem to be on the wrong tab.
