BBC Weather forecast video won't work in Opera. Tried everything: uninstalled, re-installed Flash multiple times. There doesn't seem to be an "enabl;e Flash player" facility anymore. Video works fine in Microsoft Edge. Any ideas?

Following the latest Opera update [which promised a camera icon in sidebar that I did not actually get], all my speed dial tiles pictures have changed to worded descriptions. I can't get the pictures back - they are there for all to see, but they will not transfer to the thumbnails
