If you need a refund, you can contact the payment provider, or VPN Pro Customer Support via: chat (open it by clicking the blue Support button in our Help Center), Help Center contact forms, or email.

Make sure to contact us from the email address associated with your subscription! If you bought your subscription on desktop, it should be the e-mail address associated with your Opera Account at the time of subscribing. If you subscribed on Android, it is the address associated with your Google Play Store account.
