Do I need this functionality in Opera? YES, YES AND EVEN ONCE YES! Opera on the predecessor engine already had it. It is a pity that the Chromium Opera House does not have any notes yet. A few suggestions from me:

management of notes on the site (opera: // notes) such as "Bookmarks", "Downloaded files" or "Settings". giving titles to notes cataloging notes in folders and subfolders the ability to synchronize notes in the Opera Account insert notes into text fields from the context menu (with the behavior of folders / subfolders, additionally, notes would be displayed after their titles).
According to me, it would look so good.

I've been waiting for a feature like this for a long time, I don't think it's a failed feature, just may have been implemented badly by others or hasn't been given enough time, it should be pretty easy to do, even if it's a turn on/off in settings feature
