Add the possibility to add & save notes. It's useful in forums, discussions to copy paste them. Use cases are: copy pasting weblinks, citations, answers to current questions etc...

Do I need this functionality in Opera? YES, YES AND EVEN ONCE YES! Opera on the predecessor engine already had it. It is a pity that the Chromium Opera House does not have any notes yet. A few suggestions from me:

1. management of notes on the site (opera: // notes) such as "Bookmarks", "Downloaded files" or "Settings".
2. giving titles to notes
3. cataloging notes in folders and subfolders
4. the ability to synchronize notes in the Opera Account
5. insert notes into text fields from the context menu (with the behavior of folders / subfolders, additionally, notes would be displayed after their titles).
   According to me, it would look so good.
