Thanks, but ... This requires (a) an exit method that is not like most apps and (b) confirmation step that I want to close tabs.
Normal app closing behavior in Android 5+ is to just swipe it away.
I keep hoping there's an option to "not restore tabs" or something like that hidden away in there somewhere... like Dolphin has, for example.
I'd prefer to use Opera on desktop and phone but so far can't get past the phone annoyances.

I can't seem to find the setting for this. Unless I exit in a special way and confirm closing tabs, Opera always opens to the last tab I had open. I suppose this behavior makes sense to some people... I'm not one of them. I want to close the app like any other app and have it start at speed dial every time.
Is there a way to make it do that?
