I fixed it by signing out and then signing in. But it is confusing that you don't sign out the user automatically and then at the same time the button in the Opera settings is still titled "Sign In" while Opera believes you already are signed in!

[Solved]passphrase reset does nothing, can't loginSynchronization
For some reasons, Opera thinks I have a passphrase on my account, of each I personally have no knowledge! Now, since I didn't know where that passphrase came from, I clicked on "reset passphrase" on my Samsung (Android) tablet and accepted to lose my data. Then I was redirected to the website www.sync.opera.com and I clicked on reset (as expected) and Opera said: "Sign in to Opera to start syncing and access your bookmarks and etc.", now I return to my Opera and click on "Sign in" and it asks for a passphrase again! Also I never received any emails for passphrase restart or such. So how should I get it to work? I only want to synchronize my open tabs really but it's such a pain.

Signed as anonymous for SyncOpera for Windows
Why does opera say "signed in as: anonymous"? I have entered my Email and also when I visit sync.opera.com I see my email signed in there.
