On macOS, the settings tab opens with shortcut Cmd+< on a German QWERTZ keyboard although, as by default, Cmd+, is configured as the only shortcut to do so (which works as intended as well).
In a fresh install of Opera One, with no extensions, AdBlock deactivated, no VPN, default settings
- the observed behavior is: Cmd+< and Cmd+, open the Settings tab
- the expected behavior is: Cmd+< does not open Settings page as long as it is not configured in Opera One to do so
As a little background: I configured, in the macOS keyboard settings, Cmd+< to switch focus between windows of the same app. "<" is located between the left shift key and Y, above the left Ctrl key.
This setup works fine in every other browser (and all other programs, for that matter) which only open their settings pages with the default Cmd+, and switch between their windows with Cmd+<
Removing the macOS shortcut for Cmd+< does not help
