Go to sync.opera sign in and all of your bookmarks will be there.
or
Open Opera, click on the menu (Alt) > Settings > Import and Export > Import Opera bookmarks. Just create a file at the desired destination so that you have a backup of your bookmarks.

First, you need to remove the chrome as a custom search engine by:-
Unchecking"make this default" by going to the
-chrome settings > search engines in the browser.
Chrome displays two groups of search engines: the default search settings, all engines that Chrome ships with, or were added by you as default search engines, and the other search engines.
You also get to choose the default option when you first download a browser.

Now, change the default search engine in opera by-
opening opera:> settings> search engines in the browser's address bar to do so. Check and make it the default browser.

I believe even if you have generated individual passwords for different websites through an add-on in opera, it would be difficult to save every password for sites.

Try reinstalling and testing the opera with other profiles. Also, uncheck "import data from default browser while installing and running opera again, disable opera sync. Make sure to not add ay extension at the starting, turn off VPN and ad blocker and try browsing anything. If the issue still persists then kindly follow opera support as this could be a software problem as well.

Go to the opera setting and then in the settings>cookies and site data and click on preference in the drop-down list to give you an extension preference. You need to block .webp permission from the setting for that specific site. Also if the image is saved as PNG you can try to save as an option and save it in JPEG extension easily.

Go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy and Security, and click site settings. Then click cookies and site data, and select "see all cookies and site data". Use the search bar to find for a specific cookie/cache, and click the trash icon to delete individual cookies.

To clear cache images Make sure you first select bached images and files by going to clear browsing data options. And then clear the data.

If you are not able to sync data then you can try these steps:-

1. Restart backup sync: On your computer, click Backup and Sync Backup and Sync-Click More and then Quit Backup and Sync-Reopen Backup and Sync.
2. Reinstall back up sync: During the installation, click Yes when you’re asked to replace your current version or you can simply uninstall and then reinstall though control panel.
3. Disconnect and reconnect your account: On your computer, click Backup and Sync Backup and Sync.-Click Error - Google Drive folder is missing-Click Disconnect account-Sign in again.
   You will be asked to choose a new location for the Google Drive folder.
