After enabling the VPN option in Opera developer I get the following response from https://live.tvspielfilm.de/livetv/ARD : "Sie befinden sich nicht in Deutschland. Die Live TV Funktionen von TV SPIELFILM können Sie ausserhalb Deutschland nicht nutzen."
Is'nt VPN supposed to hide my location information?
