That did it! Thanks. I don't know when/how/why I ever checked that box. I had to use chrome there for a few hours... happy to be back to my beloved Opera!

[Solved]opera menu button black and whiteOpera for Windows
I noticed a short while ago that the Opera logo in the upper left corner of the browser with word "Menu" next to it turned black and white (no gray). Additionally the highlight text color in the address bar is white, meaning that the text "disappears" when you select it. This is just insanely irritating. It seems like it might be a safe mode indicator or something, but I don't recall making any changes. Neither is there any indication of how to restore opera to it's normal theme. That said I did try changing themes just to see if that was it. This is outside the world of themes. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

RE: Checkboxes are extremely small on High res monitorsOpera for Windows
Same problem here. 250% scaling in Windows 10 with a 3600x1800 resolution on a 13 inch screen. checkboxes are just impossible to figure out. You have to zoom until it's pretty much just the one fields to see if it's checked or not.
in the example below the calculated font size for both the text and the checkboxes is 14.4px and the text is very legible.
http://www.nctoolco.com/proddetail.php?prod=0209 (shows radio buttons - which are small but legible)
If you add a product and go to the checkout page you have checkbox options that are impossibly small.
